Bringing Cisco Connect to Life in the Nordics

Cisco Connect is a global flagship event series, bringing together leaders, decision-makers, and technology experts to explore how Cisco and their partners are shaping the future of AI powered technology.

In 2025, we had the pleasure of supporting Cisco Connect in both Stockholm and Copenhagen.

As a full-service agency, our role spanned from doing overall experience design and managing the customer journey, to be in charge of the spatial design, atmosphere and on-sight production, ensuring that each location became a dynamic space for learning, dialogue, and connection.

In Copenhagen alone, more than 700 participants gathered at the historical venue Øksnehallen for a full day of keynotes, breakout sessions, live demos, interactive activations and partnerships.

Beyond technology and innovation, Cisco Connect also demonstrated how B2B events can create meaningful social impact. Through the Cisco Cares activation, attendees packed 300 Kindness Kits for local organizations Mændenes Hjem and Reden, supporting vulnerable people in the surrounding community.

We delivered a seamless and engaging experience across two iconic Nordic venues, with a high focus on customizing the brand experience and content to fit the local markets and create the best circumstances for lead generation.
