DSB Christmas Bio - Celebrating Employees Through Shared Experience 

DSB Christmas Bio is a long-running employee engagement concept developed by PS for DSB. For more than 15 years, it has been held annually during the Christmas season. Christmas Bio is DSB Group Management’s way of saying thank you to their employees.

It is a nationwide initiative inviting employees and their families to the cinema to enjoy major, current family films together.

The event takes place across six cinemas throughout Denmark and is delivered in close collaboration with DSB and Nordisk Film. Over the years, the program has featured popular titles such as Zootropolis 2, Wish and Paddington in Peru.

Highly valued by employees, DSB Christmas Bio sells out within hours every year, demonstrating both its strong appeal and the long-term value of a consistently well-executed concept.

PS is responsible for end-to-end project management, including registration, digital flow, design and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from invitation to sign-up.
